So why does Dreamwidth reading page say

There are no earlier entries to display. This page displays only the most recent 1000 entries posted within the last 14 days

I am wondering how Andrew Ducker saves his "interesting links"

dunno. The older entries are still there, so I'm guessing you can click on individual journals if you want to go further back.

I wind up having to go to an individual's journal to look. LiveJournal has done the same as well. Used to be at least the old entries turned up but now they don't. :/

I save them to Pinboard.

Every 15-30 minutes dlvr.it picks up the most recent ones and queues them up for Facebook/Twitter.

Once a day a Java app running on Google App Engine picks them up, munges them into the right shape (using Velocity Templating) and posts them to the selected destination.
